Yuwei Zhang is a 6 th grader at Roosevelt Middle School, and has been playing violin since the age of four. She performed in Oregon ASTA Honors Recital, ASI Honors Recital at Stanford, Portland Summer Ensembles, and numerous local events. She is a student of Lillie Manis at the Willamette Violin Academy. When not practicing the violin, she enjoys drawing, writing, swimming on the TEAM Eugene Aquatics, and traveling with her family.
